Community architectural standards are described at highest level in the Conditions, Covenants, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) established by the builder, Edgemoor Homes. Standards are clarified more specifically in the ARC Guidelines documented ten years later by the homeowners. 

New modifications to the street view of homes require prior approval from the Architecture Review Committee using the ARC Application Form below. If you are considering a modification to your property appearance, please notify the ARC chairman to enable collaboration to avoid issues and enable prompt scheduling of formal approval.
